Guests Scott Hayden was introduced. Scott did a very interesting program on the Adirondack Folk School replete with exhibits of the projects done there. We got a look at the history of the School, along with what is done there now and a preview of plans for the future.

The new U.S. mint release of the Lions Club Centennial silver dollar was exhibited for the members. The Club ordered 10 of which 7 are sold. If you are interested in seeing one or want to reserve one for yourself let Peter Watts know. 654-9382. The price is $50 each.

Nominating committee for 1917-18 officers was announced. Please consider accepting a position.

Peter Watts moved and Mark McLain seconded a motion to fund the same organizations with donations as last year. Passed.

The March meeting will be very important. We will be voting on officers. Melvin Jones and Uplinger awards people will be voting on those awards at 6:20 and 6:30 and the club will be deciding on a Lion of the Year.

50-50 won by Mark McLain who donated his share back to the club.
